May 13th is the last day in PA to apply for a Mail-In or Civilian Absentee Ballot for the Primary Election. Do so before 4:00PM.
We recommend making your request for Mail-In Ballot in February or March. Furthermore, as soon as you know that you need a Civilian Absentee Ballot, apply… do not wait.
