The Commonwealth of PA LIMITS VOTER ACCESS to the Annual Request for Mail-In Ballots. Access usually becomes available in February and ends in early November. Pennsylvania requires a voter to request the MIB each year. Once the request is properly submitted, reviewed and approved, the VOTER will receive the MIB in the US Mail several weeks before election day.
We highly recommend using MIB – it is fast, easy and safe to do in Bucks County. Even if you are not comfortable getting your MIB, please do so… things happen, life gets in the way and the weather might be terrible on election day. MIB allows you to cast your ballot AT YOUR CONVENIENCE prior to election day. And, IF you want to go vote in person at your polling location, simply bring the MIB with you to the polls (without filling it in), surrender it to the Judge of Elections to be voided, and you can then vote IN PERSON. You will be issues a new paper ballot and the regular process will be followed.
We will provide updated information HERE when it becomes available. The LINK to the PA VOTER website will be added
