PGOP Club Organization

WHO WE ARE

We are Plumstead Township residents, neighbors, and friends. We join together with a common purpose and share the same core values and beliefs. We are tolerant, embrace diverse ideas, and are understanding of differences that make each of us unique.

The Plumstead GOP Club is a rapidly growing group of registered Republican voters who discuss issues, challenges, and varied options for meeting the needs of our community. Often there are diverse opinions, as you can imagine, amongst members and the discussions can be enlightening. At the end of the day, the entire group pulls together to work to elect those Republican Candidates who best represent the core values of our community and address our needs.

Club Members engage in community service and civil projects throughout the year. And, we like to have fun! JOIN US.

We ARE The People. Our Values and Beliefs are based on the tenants of the founding documents of the United States of America including the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, the Federalist Papers, and others:

• Small and limited government is an unobtrusive government that serves We the People;
• Government should be limited to needs of the Community as a whole and never the wants of special interest individuals and groups;
• The best Country is where opportunities are equally accessible by all people;
• Common sense prevails over hyperbolic rhetoric and nonsense;
• Individual responsibility promotes self-reliance and success;
• Families matter and need to be protected from Government intrusion;
• Deeds and Actions speak louder than words – get involved;
• Indoctrination is NOT Education and has no place in schools;
• Voting is a Right, Privilege, Obligation and Duty to be protected by and for all lawful citizens of the United States.

Disrespectful rhetoric is counterproductive and only serves to divide us and our Community. The headlines about “Protecting Democracy” and the political animus tossed at opposing groups solve nothing. Deafening echo chambers are not a suitable path if our Constitutional Republic is to survive and thrive. Anger is not a solution, action is the only way to restore the greatness of the United States of America, at home and abroad. Have a positive impact, JOIN US.
